LASC: Bringing together people with a common interest in experiencing new adventurous outdoor activities and keeping fit outside. The club consist of three aspects:

  1. Multi-discipline Fitness Training
    • Biking: road and mountain biking.
    • Climbing.
    • Canoeing and Kayaking.
    • Free-Running (Parkour)
    • Trail Running.
    • Trekking.
    • Swimming
    • Orienteering
  2. Adventure Trips:
    • Camping and Hiking
    • Whitewhater Rafting
    • Rock Climbing and Caving
  3. Adventure Racing
    Club members get together in groups of 2, 3, and 4 to form teams to train for and participate in various Adventure racing and orinteering events around the region.
